Gerald is the director of supply chain planning and analytics (SCPA) at WMATA. His team has inventory S&OP forecasting responsibilities for all materials for the WMATA maintenance groups. The SCPA group also manages data governance and analytics for the entire supply chain. They work with the procurement department to source materials globally to support the eighth-largest transit agency in the United States. Gerald holds several supply chain certifications from ASCM and is also the president of the local DC Metro ASCM Chapter.
